It's not an unreasonable complaint. 180kg isn't a lot and 34k is f*ck all.

Simply presented the appropriate people with FACTS, backed up by witnesses, technical data, and laboratory EVIDENCE.
And have 2 government departments queing up to take it further via legislative process.

You have entered a land like none other, normal rules do not apply here. Anyhow that aside have been kind of following this with interest as I have an '04 that has a few more kilometres on the clock and has had the issue of bottoming out.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.
