    Which mechanic in Auckland?

Does anyone have a suggestion as to which mechanic to use when servicing a bike? Someone who is honest and does not rip you off as well as advises you?

Dodgy motors. There is nothing to find by using the search box
Cats land on their feet. Toast lands jamside down.
A cat glued to some jam toast will hover in quantum indecision

Fix a computer and it'll break tomorrow.
Teach its owner to fix it and it'll break in some way you've never seen before.

None that I have been able to find using the search. Is there a sticky anywhere I could locate?

If there was a register that was open only to honest mechanics you'd find us there.

There isn't, so you will have to work a bit harder.

Pretty fucken hard that search was. For the record I typed in mechanic. I would'nt even dream of getting carried away and typing in 'Auckland mechanic'.

Actually, fuck it, this is gonna get far too complicated.

Motorcycle doctors. I've even given you a link to a search iv'e done for you; http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/se...archid=3282797

Wow, no result with that link. Must have been very hard to find an honest mechanic.

There surely must be a decent mechanic someone can recommend.

    Try the small independent workshops.

Far too many people are far too easily seduced by flashy dealership signs.

Now, if only there was someone who was mobile, covering the greater Auckland region, does great work and has good pricing. Maybe even advertise on here. I'm sure it would be a hit and have an entire thread raving about it.

I am surprised with the number of bikers on this forum, that no one can recommend a good mechanic...

Feel free to search their name on KB and find posts upon posts on how good his service is. Or if you're unable to type in "Motorcycle Doctors" in the search area, their website has a thread on their customer feedback.
