Been lurking here for quite a while now and forgot to do the formal intro

I've even got a KB shirt and all!!!
I'm from Napier and and ride a '99 TL1000s

I spend most of my time on TL Planet, there's a wealth of knowledge on there.
And a ship load of money to spend aswell.

No, good for parts thanks, just done the motor up, new crank.

Now its up for sale. any one wanta buy a 97 tl1000s

Hmmmm, not a bad price for a 97 (widowmaker generation) they are a sort after clasic these days.
No comment on the Gixer except

Welcome sorta and bite me ;P however I did get the sv cos I loved the TL but was too small and I'll admit it - scared...that's hubbies fault though...he had one and I went on the back of it many times...in fact that's what got me motivated to get my own license tee he ehee

Don't get me wrong, I've nothing against the SV.
They probably handle much better than an unmodified TL, I'm just jealous they put better suspension on the SV where I had to pay around $3-4K to get the same affect

Stock suspension on my model was shite...handled like a bag of arseholes.

I got me the awesome Ohlins and racetech upgrade...off hubbies old racebike - thanks again babe
