Some more good sounds and close up stuff on this clip, looks like from the same day as Elysiums clip:
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes
the 109 sounds great, nice scary whine, like the sirens they put on the stukas.
its funny how sometimes the third reich markings are perfectly acceptable on some things like planes, but not on others.
"I saw, I came, I conquered".
How rude!

No swastika's on that one. The issue is that they're illegal in Germany on anything including models. So a lot of model aircraft kits either don't have the swastikas included at all or they're supplied in pieces to get around the law. Real German WW2 aircraft in the UK or here have the swastika's on them but not in Germany - they're a bit sensitive about them for some reason.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, .... but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out,... shouting "man, what a ride"!!!
A great clip of a replica Fokker DR1 with a proper rotary in it - this guy seems to know what he's doing too ...
