I used to take our flat kitten to the vet in my tank bag, 'cos I haven't got a car. The little dude actually quite liked it, though letting him have a look around when stopped at the lights wasn't a great idea, 'cos I had to force his face back in afer.

Not sure what would happen if a cop saw it though. If it was girl she might think it was cute...I can imagine some of them cuffing me and charging me for transporting of an animal in a way likely to be injurious to the general public...or some such. Don't really care actually, not in the mood for the law right now.

Cute, but Id say it's fairly unsafe for the animal. You bin it and it's likely the pet would bite the dust! But I suppose if it was wearing one of those miniature helmets...? :raghead:

The cop would have to be in a pretty bad mood to handcuff you for 'kitty-karrying'! I reckon those women that ride horses on the road which poop everywhere are a greater threat!!

It was a white open faced one that he was generally wearing. I had a cat that was doing well at rinding the bike with me around the house. I was going to get him out onto the open road, but my boy asked if he could have him so I sent him up North
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

Not ideal I admit, but I don't think that he'd actually have taken a hit in there if I crashed, since the bag is much narrower than the fairing and bars. Obviously I was being alot more careful than normal with the precious cargo.
