    Talking Project bike wanted!

My Dad and I are trying to find a project bike to strip down and rebuild together, for me to ride when I get my full licence next year. Looking for something either old/unmaintained, or possible a write off? Anything that requires more than a new paintjob and seat, around 400-850cc, preferably European or Japanese (would be particularly interested in a Ducati). If anyone knows anyone looking to flick off something like this please get in touch!

    Cheers,
    Beth

Also ask the local bike shops if there's anything "out the back" someone used as trade in.

If you are interested I've got 1985 CBX 750 I want to get rid of. Only want a $1000 and regos on hold. All there apart from battery and a small part of the front fairing. Needs new mufflers, rear suspention rebuilt, tank rust removed, lugs on a side cover and the engine pulled down to sort a 3000rpm chain rattle.

Only catch is I live in Palmerston North. PM me if interested.

Oh amost forgot-the seat needs recovering.

The GB is a good choice. Funnily enough I've got one bits at the moment.
