Yes 4 strokes are for homos. Homo-sapiens that is, who have realized bigger is better.

Thanks Trudes & George. Yes, seriously wet. We all know we can go faster but after I hit the occasional slippery bit, I was not taking any chances - finishing was an achievement IMHO .

What are you charging for an image.?
    Let me know. Thanks

Thanks guys. Yes, Ray is improving all the time and takes some great shots - "monkeys, typewriters and Shakespeare" is his explanation .

Email me @xtra as on the flickr site link if you would like large copies without the watermark - special treatment for fellow bucket riders . I want all riders to enjoy the photos. My computer screen background is a shot Ray took of me at Mount Wellington - attached .

You were riding hard on those slicks! I did Hampton Downs in the wet on slicks - that was enough for me - never again. Taupo was my first time on wets. I was still slow but the wets did feel good when I didn't hit the markings on the track.

    Great pics Damien!
Ray got some great ones of my son Tyler and his get off. Funny seeing Tyler 117 and Max 444 in the same pics each time, must have been some very close racing. Shame I missed it, didnt get back from Rotorua Hospital till just after the race

Thanks to all the bucket crew for helping Tyler when I wasnt there He was very bummed out about crashing and how it affected the other riders
I havnt seen Tyler since the 28th, hes been away with my Dad since then

How's the shoulder? Was it a broken collarbone?

    Tyler was going great.

I was hoping to catch up for a chat about RD's. I've just taken the engine out of my RD350YPVS (yesterday). It needs a rebore. Clutch and front brake also need attention. I aiming for it to be a Post Classic race bike . Do you have links/contacts for parts?

    Hope you heal quickly.

    Regards

    Damien
