On that note... being a complete an utter novice, I went in there yesterday and Lou spent more than a little time explaining the various attributes of different types of gear. Extremely patient dude! I sort of figured a lot of these places would look at you and think "damn... another L-oser". I was pretty glad to be proven wrong!

Anyway, that's an awesome sale!!! I walked away with $950 worth of gear for $580. $650 Teknic Sprint jacket down to $410, and $300 Teknic Sprint pants down to $180.

Hmm... Now to get the bike

With prices like that, I might have to pop in tomorrow, and see if there is anything I want (wait, I meant to say afford... want would make a millionaire bankrupt)

Weather forecast for ChCh is rain, drizzel and rain, and the sun is out, the sky is bright etc etc

NZ weather forecasts are crap - period. Thankfully.

As I recall last year's AMPS open day was a bit damp, too. Might need to change the date, Lou, for a time when the weather's a bit more settled. Like September. Er... no. How about November...? Or December, perhaps...
    Or...
Age is too high a price to pay for maturity
