    New Govt regulations - 1 April

    Attn all HD owners ... new govt regs will require govt permissions as of April 1... loud exhausts will need govt certification that the owners donger is less than five inches .. tassles on jackets will need a certificate to confirm owners donger under four inches... widespread use of HD paraphenalia all over the bike and/or excessive use of chrome will need certification under three inches ... Your govt understands the problem that small dongers cause and the need to overcompensate in such matters. Certification is a simple process which will allow you to continue to display the full range of 'small mans" disease symptoms in Aotearoa .

    Seriously ... use the following table to assist....

    If you are running loud pipes ... add 2 inches
    If you have any tassles anywhere... add 3 inches
    If you own a gennnuuuine HD jacket ... add 5 inches ...

    Your govt certifier will provide a falsified document for use in dating situations ..
