A bit confused about the torque settings for the chassis nuts and bolts though. There's no manual for the GSF250 Bandit (unless you can read Japanese), so I go with the GSF400 (similar chassis, different engine) and GSX250F (similar engine, different chassis) manuals.
The torque settings for the chassis nuts and bolts are naturally different for the two bikes but I'm not too sure which to go with:

I was thinking it might be safest to go with whatever was lowest of the two bikes? Although it shares a similar chassis, I can't guarantee that the GSF400 specs won't be too tight for it's littler sister so am reluctant to try those on their own. At this stage I would be gutted if something sheared off!
Just use the Bolt sizes as your reference for Tourque settings
