The Canadians didn't get it all wrong. Sarah McLaughlin and k d Lang rate up there. The latter has one of the best female voices I've heard and her phrasing is outstanding. Burton Cummings had a pretty good voice as well, both as a soloist and as lead vocal for Guess Who.
