"Of all the support for the devastating Queensland floods, this has to be the most unusual — a green frog hitching a ride on the back of a brown snake."

And not just any snake either. One of the deadliest motherfuckers swimming through the valley.

A mate of mine in Gladstone says there are reports that some of the reef islands have Cows on them now. They were washed out to sea and managed to to reach them.

Aha, clearly this frog knew his history, and to stay the hell away from scorpions... Snakes are harmless, right?

    Sooooo cute!

But have been watching the news about the flood progress; absolutely overwhelming. Talked with a kb member today whose family (including her teenage son) are all in there and she was saying how awful it has been feeling so helpless here in NZ.

Good to hear the New Zealand government is assisting.

Fox outwits floods with tyre ride

"Earning its label as a cunning operator, one little fox outwits Queensland's devastating floods by riding it out on a floating tyre."
