Where to ride today (Sat 15 Jan)?

In Auckland visiting Family. Looking for somewhere to ride today but don't know my way around this place or where the best places to ride are. Done the Coro loop a couple of day's ago so want somewhere different to go. Any suggestions. Anyone fancy showing me around?

Head out West & do the Kaipara road, coming back onto SH1 at Wellsford. Probably be busy. Have a lookie round Riverhead too.

Forgot to mention I'm on the South at Cockle Bay (near Howick).
Got my mate AJ heading back up from Welly so will have a guide for tomorrow.

May even catch up with the Auckland Sunday morning crew

The Auckland crowd are not as friendly as us Welly folks. If someone put up a post like this in Welly, there would be rides organised instantly...

Don't know who you are and how you ride. There are lots of different riding styles and taste.

Unfortunately it's a bit late now Marmoot. Was only available the one day as I needed to get back to Welly. Was just hoping that someone was on-line at the time of starting the thread. I missed the start time of the Sat ride by 15 mins. Well I would have. only had 15 mins to get to where the meet was and as I don't know Auckland, I would have been an hour late. Hence the hope of someone on line. Ended up have a pootle up to Orewa and sat and watched the chicks on the beach.
