Awesome day at AMCC track day & attempt by cop to ruin our day on the way there

What a awesome day, first time at AMCC track day (havent been to any since kiwitrack days ceased to exist) ...great bunch of people and big thanks to instructor Nick for setting up my ohlins shock & front end properly and giving us heaps of great advice on taking hair pin properly and stuff!

But none the less awesome day got nearly ruined by over zelaous police officer first thing in a morning.... i must say the BLITZ/Discimination on motorcyclists is deffinitely happening.

This morning i was licence/rego checked while waiting at gas station for my mate(while not even sitting on a bike & keys in a pocket! WTF!) and my mate got his $630 worth of bullshit tickets at the same time...(rego and incorrectly mounted plate and allegedly doing 99km/h on a motorway in temporary 70k)
So yes thank you mr." undercover north shore highway patrol" for nice attempt to ruin my day and ruining my mates sunday....next time i wont be as nice as i was ( i still mean what i said when i said that you are just collecting money for ACC), and you can also drop that "have i ever talked to you before because you look familiar" rutine... you are not doing yourself any favours and not realy suprised most people hate police as much as i do!

That fact that he checked you doesnt seem quite right.

But was your mate speeding in a temporary 70km zone and is his plate mounted improperly?

If the answer is yes then why are you complaining about it?

Milo has form for being a keyboard warrior.

This thread is just another example.

And I suspect it did ruin his day.

Answer actualy isnt yes to either but thats another matter...no radar read out, cop pulled over on the side of the road "guestimated" 99km/h of a bike riding pass...i heard it from his own mouth, what a douche! When mate pointed our why he didnt pull over a car that was overtaking him on the inside, cop said that "bike got his attention" so that pretty much sums it up...
And plate was mounted same as mine is just at more slanted angle... but still clearly visible. (yet legislation says nothing about angle..just "upright")

Yes it does show that, i need to change that...i got 3 months worth of rego on wednesday to get me thru summer. Loved the look on his face when he couldnt fine me for anything this one time...but he still managed to give me shit for the fact that my licence says that i should be wearing glasses and iam clearly not wearing any...while fucking standing next to my bike at gas station!

i don't believe there is a blitz on bikers... not around auckland anyway. There was around central district not long ago though.

Only those who don't look out for undercover cop cars (easy to spot) and those who act like idiots and speed on the maiin roads are the ones who will be suffering.

I have ridden without rego for nearly 2 years now and have never been caught by the pigs.

The rules are simple- choose your roads to have fun on.

btw, was it the ginga cunt?

Havn't seen or heard from him for quite a while.

Is he still patrolling Hazard County?

So did you? Or did not having a keyboard in front of you make you feel a bit too exposed?

It's always someone else's fault for his actions.
