No way man, it has sealed bearings and the engine cAll it really needs is better suspension, thats its only week point, still no less supple than any JR or PW ive seen. am considering swapping out the rear shock for the one in my downhill bike, then just the forks need softer springs, but like i say, kids are just learning right now.

Wheel bearings in them sieze up real fast because they are shit. Swing arm bushes flog out because the bolt is not actually the right size for the hole in the bush.

I bought one when they first came out, through Jimmy and his boss who imported them. Tuned the carb to get it going right, and had trouble free playing ever since. But once he swing arm starts to move too much, they start flicking the chain off regularly.

There's no reason not to, so long as you are handy with the spanners. That's the moral I see from personal experience with the bikes.

No, thats not the moral of the story at all, you cant ride off road and not expect running repairs, my point is that in my experiance, this crop of wharehouse bikes seem to be excellent value for money that perform very well. then you look at the parts price, $75 for an engine, $35 frame, $30 gearbox, $11 carb, Guards are $7, i dont have a problem replacing any of this stuff, cheap fun for my kids.
