bough some body armor (661 evo pressure suit) from them and received it last week (after like a week delay). so it arrived late, yup i dont care, but what bothered me was that they gave me some sh*t ass product.

it came with the no tags, the labels ripped off (and strains left on), instead with a handwritten sticker telling me the model and size. what bullsht. luckily i hesitated on a larger order (got more from the states instead). emailed them to get a replacement but still waiting for a reply.

what do you guys think of em? some people swear by them and i remember they used to be real next day delivery and all but i have to say they're pretty much slack nowadays.

my dad buys alot of shit through them (cycle gear). and has never had any problems...

never had to go through after sale service, so sorry your on your own...

yeh ive bought a bunch snowboarding stuff from them few year back (when i was into that) and had no problem at all, their next day delivery was awesome so yeh pretty disappointing this time round. Waiting for their email reply but will prob give them a call tommorow.

I've always found them pretty good, some of the stuff is cheap for a reason, and the delivery times certainly vary from next day to the next week.

The only minor issue I've had was when I ordered the wrong size gloves, realised and emailed them straight away, they arrived a day later and I got an email from them a week later telling me it was too late to change the order and to courier them back for a refund. Not really worth the courier cost so I gave them to my son instead.

You probably got sent a return, and I would do the same...return the product and get a new one.
I haven't had a problem dealing with T7.Their gear has always been next day, unless you order around xmas time, they have to have holidays too.

I have mostly purchased running gear for the pushie and have never had a problem with the quality.
