Lightbulb Does anyone want tickets to Sting - HB Mission Concert - 12th February 2011

Unfortunately I cannot go as I'm having an operation next week - so we have 3 spare tickets if anyone is wanting a last minute decision to go.

Will sell separately or together. Cost is $120 each.

Send me a pm if you are interested.

    Just found this thread.
We went and really enjoyed the show.
Bit dissapointed about the way the bar tents were run, but didn't really ditract too much from and excellent outing.
The NZSO as the backing band did a great job, wasn't until I was sitting there listening that I realised how many of Stings songs lend themselves to such a change in style.

Several years ago I picked up the ENZSO cd's (music of Split Enz played by the NZSO or Youth Orchestra with guest singers like Annie Crummer / Dave Dobbyn / Kiri Te Kanawa) and couldn't listen to them all the time but quite enjoy it for a change. This fitted right in to that bracket.

Of course the ride from Tauranga to Napier and back was always going to be a good bonus.
