Achievement is not always success while reputed failure often is. It is honest endeavor, persistent effort to do the best possible under any and all circumstances.

Yep, it was a good day.
Lots of bikes, talked to a young lady that had ridden a gn125 over from Rotorua! Good effort that.

    The beef buns were awesome.

And a good cruise after we shot off.

Thanks to everyone that put it on. Awesome venue.

Me too! I came over from Waihi with mr and mrs Duckon in. raining hard till we got to Omokoroa then it cleared and bacame a glorious scratch over the Kaimais and down to Okoriarei. BADDs display was sobering... Choppas tent was buzzing, the bike park area was filled with near 1000 bikes of all types
A great day out catching up with KBers- Stirts Genestho DMNTED The Blacksmith and making friends with young blokes on their 2fiddy hyosungs and Ninja 250s on their first ride out of the Tron.
riding home 79km up the Old TeAroha road and seeing nothing else but other riders was the best part! no cars at all!
Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......

Awesome day! Despite the grumpy start to the day...plus another harley broken down on the side of the road,(gotta keep the stereotype alive) we had the bestest day out! Thanks to all involved. Good to catch up with everyone we saw and to meet cave weta. Your wee cafe racer rocks! even if it's a bit sluggish on the open road. Didn't realise it was you til i got home and read the thread again.

Huge thanks to all the sponsors for all the great spot prizes.

Bit of a worry waking up at 6.00am to rain on the ground! Stoked it came right!! Good to see you, and thanks for the Coffee, that was my breakfast and lunch! LOL
I also got rid of 50 Tee's for free in 15 minutes, and at least a couple hundred badges went too! Was awesome to see folks walking around in them!!
Was quite a social event, thoroughly enjoyed catching up with so many people!
