Worse than no law are laws that cannot be adequately policed.

It's not the fault of the police either but it is them that take the brunt when it doesn't work as expected.
I reckon its more reason to dob the bastards in myself, take a bit of responsibility and duty of care. I mean, that twat on the roundabout didnt affect me but what about the poor sod 1km up the road.

Yes, I didnt dob them in but as I said, that is all changing now. There simply is no need for it, all jokes aside

    1. Yes. I do. (Blueant Interphone).

    2. No they're not.

    And

    3. If it rings, I have to stop to hear anyway so no danger to other road users. Always assuming I stop sensibly and in a safe place of course...

No doubt the excuse would be "I was usiing the phone to ring the police to complain about one of those horrible bikers..."

Funny though, in the last two weeks I have seen:

1 - guy in ute on phone, not giving way at a roundabout
2 - chick in Sabaru on phone, straight through a zebra crossing while a mum and push chair are on the crossing
3 - courier driver just about wiping out on Whitford Road, on the phone in the pissing rain

I am at serious fault here because I did not report these bastards, that is a habit I am changing ever so quickly
HHmmmm, I have been associating with motorcycles and motorcyclists for well over 50 years and I seriously doubt that there is anything in this world that could substantiate the claim in the heading of this thread! ...... Sorry Max.

Yeah - I use auto answer too. Seems to be after about one ring.

My GPS gives me the option to accept or decline the call...

I can hear people fine on the move... pity they can't hear me for some reason. Hopefully the re-wire will sort... have to test some time.

LOL, he only got to dismantle, as I changed bikes. The shop then re-installed all the gear into the new bike. It only took 8 hours, but there is less noise on the audio, so I'm wondering if there is less interference etc, which hopefully translates to a more functional system.
