Avalon's Gear Bag stolen - can anyone help!

Hi Leanne

i'm not familier with using Kiwibiker to post notices and stuff so wondered if you can spread the word about something;

Avalon's gear bag got stolen last night out of our van in Christchurch. It's really distinctive - very large light blue Fox gear bag. Included her license/log book, XS HJC helmet, two pair of Sidi road race boots one pair white , one pair black small like size 38 I think, a small back protector and heaps of small items. Not many people these will fit and particularly for road use I guess someone took a shine to the bag so it's bound to show up somewhere at some stage

I would imagine after this gets around that there will be a large leather clad crowd wandering around CHCH looking for the bag.

She's gonna have to scramble to get a replacement licence before the weekend. What a way to screw up your chances in a competition.

Thieving thug.......What a huge kick in the arse for Avalon to have that happen to her. I keep my fingers cross that she gets her gear back before the end of the day tomorrow and that the Bloody Moron who decided to take it get his well deserves. Mongrel....... Low Life.

I Rang her dad as soon as I saw this today, and they will be ok for the meeting.

So glad that she will be okay for the race meeting. I hate thieves so much! Why do they think they have a right to steal what other people have worked so hard to get? I really hope they are caught and punished severely.
