Rebels wanting to set up home in NZ?

Australia's "outlawed motorcycle gang" (even though they are called Rebels Motorcycle Club) want to set up a chapter in NZ. Tptb here state they are actively trying to prevent it, and not laying out the welcome mat.

Meh, the only thing I say is good on them for trying to keep MORE organised crime out of NZ. I don't care whether they ride motorbikes or not. NZ does not need any more career criminals here. We have enough of our own!

They are the biggest club in Aus, and a number of them are more "social" than anything.

S'pose it's like anything - any group with huge numbers will have a certain percentage who are "social" and a certain percentage who are "other"
