Well Lucy collapsed last night and had to be put down this morning. Absolutely gutted, even though I knew it was coming. I wasn't ready

Always wanted a Red Setter called Samson but haven't got the time or the space for one of them. When this little lady came along, it had to be 'Delilah' !

The tan/white one is our current hound. We lost Goldie (tan one) a year ago.

The two fawn ones are up for adoption now. They've lived together already - their owner has died. PM me if interested, and I can put you in touch with the foster carer.

It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.

Not nice, sad to hear.Took our mutt to vet yesterday, dimwit decided to chase a cat and landed awkwardly, seemed ok,but later yesterday was decidedly lame in back leg, thought frig hip probs.Vet gave him check and hopefully muscle. He has to keep reasonably quiet for few days,no running etc.At moment he's laxed out on lawn sunbathing so maybe he has a brain afterall.

I hope he does take it easy. My pup landed on a tree branch, opening up a 5in gash along her ribs. Slowed her down for at least 30 seconds.
She threw her breakfast up on my bed this morning so I'm a tad concerned about what she has been eating & a tad irate about my bedding. On the plus side, clean sheet night tonight. Woo Hoo
