    Can Am Spyder parking

As I was heading down The Terrace on the way to work this morning I saw one of those Spyders parked in a bike park, and it got me thinking is that taking the piss, or just the "best" of both worlds?! I mean, car licence, three wheeled machine, but parks for free in a bike park, taking up the space of two bikes...

This has been mentioned in the "Keep Wgtn parking free" thread.

Understanding is that it is registered as a car, therefore should be using a car park.

You can register them as either a bike or a car.

Bike, short for bicycle. 'Bi' meaning 'two'. The Can Am, no matter how cool it is, is a tricycle.

    I did not know that.

Bit of a no-brainer though innit? About the only advantage I can think of in registering it as a bike is it'd take longer for the smaller plate to shake itself to bits.
