It's a shame. To me I think that this type of thing:

Would do more to further their cause than the loud-hailer bullshit, but I probably just don't get the tikanga.
    Keep on chooglin'

What makes them think they will have a successful independent society?? Have they not noticed that EVERY other race on this earth flocks to the white mans land? Apart from raping this land of most native bush and animals, they had achieved NOTHING when the white man came.
    Anyway...

Hone Harawira , New Zealand Member of Parliament.

On a recent trip to the U.S.A. , Maori Party M.P. Hone Harawira (alias John Hadfield, his true name, his grandfather was pakeha) was invited to address a major gathering of the American Indian Nations in Kitimat, B.C. Canada, due to his recent examples of how to inflame the Maori Indigenous situation in New Zealand ........

He spoke for almost an hour, echoing his racist mother's doomed-to-fail radical ideas for increasing any First Nation's standard of living.

At the conclusion of his speech, the tribes presented Hone with a plaque inscribed with his new Indian name - "Walking Eagle".

The proud Hone then departed with his entourage, waving to the crowd as he left.
A news reporter later asked the American Indian Chiefs how they came to select the new name given to Hone..

They explained that "Walking Eagle" is the name given to a bird so full of 5hit it can no longer fly.

That would be funnier if it actually happened.

Hey it's easier to blame the white man for your short-comings. Just like the Nig Nogs in Africa.

Ahhh, but the difference is, as Kahui showed us, they don't talk about it when they're killing their own young... in fact they zip up one and all so no justice can be had for anyone.

As much as I don't like Key he's had nothing to do with stealing Maori land or killing Maori people. Now if he had gone on about Maori rising unemployment he may have been more relevant. Or perhaps a protest about the $1000 fee for the white media.

I missed the part where John Key signed the Treaty of Waitangi, shortly after enjoying a game hunting tour - taking out young maoris with muskets that he later traded for young maori women no less.

The one true thing he said is "the enemy is among us"... yep, starting with the dick head holding the loud speaker.

    True!

I thought to myself, "what the fuck are they on about here", I think Hone's family have lost the plot!

He is trying to grab a bob each way and take any publicity, anyhow, anywhere, whatever!

In politics the only bad publicity is, no publicity, he (Hone) approaches every day with an open mouth and is sucking our press in big time, even though he has nothing constructive to say, they quote him and his family without question!

    The wankers!

From my perspective that seemed like a well thought out commentary on the state of affairs facing Maori but it's not much different from what Pakeha people in the area are facing too!

I suppose to some, that labels me as some kind of biased white honky racist now!
