    K5 GSXR1000

Took the new gixxer thou for a burlah today and holy shit what a bike. Now I know that this bike has been reviewed in earlier posts but I tell you, you have to try one out. It is the only bike I have ever ridden where I thought that it needs nothing more done to it. It's damn perfect. The power delivery makes you clench your teeth and your Gary Glitter hole pucker up. Hard downshifting into corners is a breeze due to the slipper clutch. A whiff of clutch will lift the front a piece of piss in third and you can just ride the wave of torque all day. Mr Suzuki I salute you. You have done a bang up job. And it comes in Blue/White!!

I wonder if WMCC will give me $22,000 trade for my old nail.

I'm sure I can imagine what it's like - awesome! But how would it go on a 5-8 hour constant ride with only fuel stops? I can only afford one bike at a time at the moment.

It would turn a 5-8 hour ride into a 3-4 hour ride mate

What about it?? I think it's unique and don't mind it..... I'd have the pipe ceramic coated black though.....

EDIT :Though if it was me it would be one of this -- so no probs with those pipes......

Hey bud, have some respect for the thread title! Don't you know it's anathema to post a pic of a non-gixxer in here?

    (R1's look nicer though...hehe)

Are there any unbiased reviews that compare this and the other 2005 1000's?

I think AMN gave the title of best to the ZX10R with the GSXR 4th? Some bias maybe?

Nah I think the Gixxer blew the rest away in the 2005 litre bike shootout this year!

    Shootout
