Oh sorry ... my mistake...... and correct me if I'm wrong..... (KB Cops) ...... but isn't getting stopped by a cop 9 out of 10 times a civil dispute (in the end/go to councli, etc) - but a runner immediately becomes a criminal matter???

Or if not it immediately takes "the offence" to a whole other level of seriousness??

If you break the rules and get caught you are better off to stop - the fine will be less, the loss of licence is more unlikely, the risk of a crash is much less, the risk of hurting someone else is less. Note - I don't care if you injure your stupid self or damage your bike. Just dont crash into me while your doing your runner.

Final word - this guy stopped - he did a runner - but HE STOPPED - so he is full of shit.

don't need to outrun said eye or radio telephone.... just gotta not be seen by the eye and not be anywhere near an RT set that could spread the word.

hindsight is a wonderful thing roo but you never know what might've happened at the next intersection so although the next little while may suck, at least you didn't bin the bike (after all, they could've caught you after you'd been hit by a car etc)

Seriously though, I hope it goes ok for you in court
