Fucking awesome, I want.
What times does it do?
...Full throttle till you see god, then brake.
With my tired old reflexes and failing eye sight, 1.06 at Puke. She does 14,500rpm in top, so 285-295 kph with present gearing.Holds on to most 1000's there.
A younger/braver rider could do really well on this bike.

Why can't it go back on 'the road'? Issues with...?
All road bikes are supplied or given history according to the chassis no' when first registered.
This bikes frame was supplied brand new to a race team in New Zealand directly from Suzuki Japan.
Because of this it was never registered here and too much time has passed to do anything now.
If you have a road registered frame lying around spare you could swap all the bits over and put that on the road though.

If it has a chassis number it can be road rego'd![]()
ffs dude it's a race bike, leave it alone. little point converting it to road.
