    If their insurance does not cover falling out of the sky - why did they jump off a mountain.

    I got food poisoning in Poland last year and had to go to hospital.

    Part of the logic behind giving it to foreigners (oooerrr!) is the whole no-fault thing, ie the right to sue.



    .....so if ACC is privatised, does that mean it opens up the right to sue? Please no dear god no.

    probably ... what's the worst that could happen? businesses shutting down because lefski yankmeoffski stubbed his toe and can't walk again? naaaaahhhhh it'll never happen
