We'd only have ourselves to blame if we get it wrong & it would empower people massively & encourage them to take way more interest in policy that would affect them, rather than blaming the Politicians who they elected all the time.

Of course we can run the country. But not democratically. Lets go all Egyptian on their ass. Or rock it Fiji-style and have a coup or seven.

With me in charge obviously. I would do at least as good a job as Homer Simpson did when he was in charge of the garbage men of Springfield.

I'd be fairly benevolent, and would have slightly less bunga bunga than Berlusconi, and I would re-establish transportation to Australia for criminals. Thats what it's FOR, right? Instead of our best and brightest going there, send the useless underclass. Oh, and Hone Harawira and his mum.

all I ask in return is a lot of money, personal use of a helicopter (AH64) and a big car with flags on the front. Like a Bentley or something. And comely maidens to perform my personal services.

I'll need a small truckload of Viagra, a distillery, and the Three Boys brewery relocated to my palatial mansion too.
