You can bucket race (Including the bike!) for under $500 apparently. Get out there and try it. It's different, but still cool.

Peace hath higher tests of manhood

The new liquid cooled ones will change your mind. They're faster than a TR50.

    This is my sarcastic face.

I have a bucket, a CG125RR SPS, I'm just wondering what the sudden interest is with such a large number of KBers. Similar to the stunting fad last year that everybody forgot.

    Sorry, that would be me.

Since I bought my bucket, everybody else has thought
"fuck he looks cool, I wish I could do that!"
and they are all jumping on the bandwagon.

Trash man is right. Where is the skill in doing Puke (for example) when you spend all fuckin day going down the back straight. Isn't one of the finer arts of motorbike racing learning to back off to the appropriate speed so you use all the track when taking the next corner and setting up for the one after?
    Just an uneducated presumption
    Because I can...

In Wellington, the racing is held on small tracks. Carparks, go-kart tracks etc.

Actually it was seeing you race that made me think that there would be at least one person on the track that doesn't lap me (more than once)...

Seriously; you 'inspired' me to have a go.

C'mon guys, it was the sexy orange paintjob of the Bung’s mighty H100 that has you all aroused.

My next 100 is painted the same colour & until recently my letterbox (helped giving directions to my place).

Is this a challenge young 'Chucker?

It sounds like a challemge and we do enjoy a good challenge.

I suggest you bring your mighty A100 to Turners and Growers carpark in Grenada North on Sunday afternoon, say..............3pm.

I'll bring a Mini and we'll have a neautral party mark a course that's suitable to buckets and please please PLEASE show me how slow Minis are.

Translation- Aucklands main race track is lame.

Ruapuna's B circuit looks like a hoot on a bucket. I may join the fad.

Ok, I'll come - weather permitting!
Sigh - once there we can take into account the co-efficient of my drag, the track conditions, the prevailing wind, your experience, the slow nature of my bike and from that, work out my handicap

Will be fun either way, anyone else coming?

    as below:

    Hello All,

Some bad news the round on the 26th has to be postponed due to a clash with a lot of riders at Manfield the day before. Please see http://www.scs.net.nz/buckets.htm to get the latest info.
