Ummm, save yourself the fourty bucks on oil and do a compression test first. It's likely that it's shagged sorry.

If it is buggered, you can still get bits for them but not overly cheap, as they still put the same motor in bandits today.

Best bet, find a crashed runner and make a good one. Only my opinion, but it's usually cheaper to get a written off one from turners than to get the parts.

Ok guys just an update. I took the risk and bought some oil as i couldnt find my compression meter and no mates had one i could borrow and i didnt feel like forking out 80 od bucks to buy a new long reach one.

And now shes back to normal again.... yet i still have to sort out my floats which ill likely be doing tonight.

If i can get my hands on a meter ill do a compression test.

Thanks for the help so far guys, really appreciated.

Also can anyone tell me how i measeure my float height???
Cause im pretty sure its 14mm yet my floats are oddly shaped... as in one side of the float is a big one and the other is smaller. And im guessing that i measure from the bowl "gasket surface" to the tip of the float.

There is a few mm difference between the sides.
