Good vids mate. Although you went way wide after passing me in the first race haha.
That was funny seeing Deano clip the hay bale in the 2nd race
Last corner of Race 2 shows the difference 10 horsepower more and 20+kgs less makes![]()

That was cool, man. Awesome to see the track from a racer's perspective!![]()
Some awesome footage there!![]()
Great stuff, cheers!
Thanks Brian. My bike has the few mods that you are allowed in Production Twin class for nationals, although here I was racing in the much more open Formula 3
As far as engine mods go, I have a full Yoshimura exhaust system and a powercommander dynotuned to suit (measured 62hp at the wheel on a very conservative dyno).
Suspension is Ohlins rear shock and revalved front forks by Kerry Dukic.
And most importantly, I had a really nice pair of Pirelli Supercorsas left over from my Hampton Downs Nationals race last year. The front was brand new and the rear had seen only two races at HD. The protwins are pretty nice on their tyres what with the lack of power.
Thanks everyone who watched and supported
