Agreed, although somehow when the populace are prevented from taking even the most basic of precautions to secure their stuff this makes it a lot worse.
i.e. in normal times: "you didn't bother to lock your garage and you got burgled - that was pretty silly"
in disaster mode: "Your garage door is buckled up to shit, and you haven't been allowed back to your house and it's been burgled - cunts"

Why is it that a couple of these looting cunts felt far more intimidated by the aussie cops than they would our own fine law enforcement community?
Yet, when I have been in Aus I have found the cops there to be far more approachable, even by a couple of drunkards looking for a good meal and a drink nearby?
