    World superbikes at Phillip Island, Australia

    here's a few pics so far from the weekend at the world superbikes.....a mixture of worlds,aussie superbikes,prostock 1000,world supersport,aussie supersport and a few general pics....cheers

    imagine how fast the BMW would be if could actually get some power to the ground!

    It was an AWESOME weekend. Beautiful weather Friday and Saturday. Rained Saturday night. Was wet on Sunday morning for SuperBike And Supersport warmup plus the first Aus Superbike race then fined up and the track was dry for all the big races. A lot more relaxed weekend than Moto GP.

    The girls gave me a form to fill in to win said YZF-R6 but in the fine print you had to be an Ozzie resident

    A person I stayed with was in the know and he said they they chewed the shit out of the left hand side of the tyre. Same reason the three SS bikes blew out their rear tyres.

    200odd kph with the bike on its ear will do that..

    I was shown some pics of tires, where the rubber was de-laminating big time, not what you would want to see in between races..
