    Give us this day our daily...

    FEED!!
    Im often sitting down after a hard day pleasing myself with a plate in front of me & I just have to admire the beauty & goodness right before my eyes.....
    Im twicely blessed as more often than not its 100% homegrown by my beautiful wife (with a bit of help from me ).....


    So heres a picture of my main meal from today....Shanks with roasted spuds, green beans & sweetcorn.....

    Always a highlight of my summer, the first meal totally from my garden. Even better when I lived in Twizel and could throw a fish I'd caught on the plate too.

    The dogs got the bones....after Id cracked them so i could split the marrow with them.
    It'll be a salad next.
    But truly, I can understand why people give thanks at mealtime,& when I can sit down to a feed like that then I know Im more fortuanate than many.
    You should see my mates collection of photos from around the country of various Bacon & Egg breakfasts....
