A couple of years ago we had a birthday party for my zzr250 ('madison', for those who remember).
Of course there was cake - no birthday would be complete without baking - and this particular cake as decorated to look like a motorbike. Ok, it was a pretty amateur looking bike.
In fact I think it was this cake decorating that earned my biscuits the name 'titty cookies'.
Most of you are probably thinking 'I could do better than that!'
Well, now is your chance.
On Monday morning there will be a big bake sale at Britomart in town to raise money for the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal. They are seeking donations of baked goods to sell (and of course buyers are welcome to browse the goodies, but best to get in quick).
Saturday is supposed to be very wet, so let's be honest, none of the SMC is going to be out on their motorcycles. SO my challenge to you lot is this: Bake a cake/ cookies/ other unpronouncable delicacy for the sale, add a motorcycling twist (look like wheels/ headlights/ says 'Honda'... anything) and post the pics here.
Coolest one wins a prize.
