Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I was never invited and didn't know there was any... I was very innocent...

Even as a teenager my older sister would often tell me a girl was flirting with me and had eyes on me but I was blissfully unaware of it.

We had two kinds of beating at our school, the one you got from the big kids playing bullrush and the one you got from the Nun's for playing bullrush or anything else they thought might possibly be wrong...

one thing I could never figure out was why, when the school milk was delivered before 8am we had to wait until after lunch to drink it...until one day the Nun taking us said..its a wee pennance for your wee sins is warm milk...callous cows..

Warm school milk I'm sure that even on cold, rainy days the crates managed to be placed in a sunny spot...
Still can't drink milk, even now 45 years later.

Oh dont put your glasses on. I spose that's a plus tho. Bad eyesight softens the wrinkles and you dont notice the wiskers.

You're taking too big a licks.

Schools really did have bike sheds then. Had to find a school with one now.
