    Space Shuttle time lapse

Hope this isn't a repost, but pretty cool anyway.

Yeah that is pretty cool, one question though.

Discovery has had her final flight.
It looks like Atlantis will be the final flight during April, then off to the museums. A standby shuttle will be prepared as a "contingency", but that's it.

From Columbia in 1981 until now. What a journey.

Just had another look, it starts at 18 seconds from higher up and is green.

Some sort of lens flare. As the shuttle goes up the flare goes down. My best guess.

That's awesome. Would really like to see a rocket or shuttle launch in real life one day.

In the 'Shuttle Night Launch' video at 33 seconds the little boy asks excitedly "Will it blow up"
    The dad answers sombrely "No"

    Love the time lapse vid,

Arse tightening moment when the rig flips the shuttle vertical in the hangar, imagine the carnage if they dropped that, oops......

    Amazing stuff though.

Didnt see Bruce Willis anywhere, must have been his day off
