Hard luck, Andrew. I'm proud to say I haven't even had the 636 on reserve, let alone pushed it anywhere. Ain't my idea of fun. But the FZR, did it a couple times.

I'd like to point out that if you happen to run out of gas at about the Ngauranga interchange, it's a real long way to BP Horokiwi, and it ain't that flat. And it's a REAL REAL REAL long way when you have no rego, no plate, and the wrong licence to ride that bike you're pushing too!!

But if you're pushing it there's no offence committed, eh?

The truth is, we have to push them in the showroom. Starting them covers the clothes in carbon crap.
Ultras are the best, 340 kg's and when they get past 5 degrees of lean they take you with them.

Don't recall running out of gas BUT there was this one time I needed to switch to reserve. WHAT???? No turnyswitchthing - bloody mechanic didn't put it back on after it's last service. A friendly native had a pair of pliers. Whew!

First time run out of petrol for you I dont think so, I remember a certain Z550 running out just out of Norsewood, now you didnt push that up the hill did you.
