What's not to like - she's a scientist, a strong leader, a campaigner for equality, an accomplished author, and a brave ecowarrior. I've listened to a number of her podcasts - worth the time.

Of course, her talents may not be universally appreciated around here.

Yeah I have to admit that hit me too.

When I googled her a bit more, I soon realized that I was doing both the book/cover thing and the tall poppy thing in one go.

Lots more to her than meets the eye.
It is a shame about the ecofeminist thing......may detract people from her other work.
