Rental accommodation available in Lower Hutt?

Does anybody have a lead on decent rental accomodation in Lower Hutt? My mate is keen to find something for him and his partner.

So why am I spruiking for him on here?

Not only is he a good bloke, but he's the Parts Manager at a bike shop . How do you say "fringe benefits"........?

What sort of accom he after? The flat next to me, our old flat (just down the road from TSS) is vacant. Bad points:

• It's a small one bedroom flat
• It's next door to me
• There is no garage, only a small shed
• Its in a block of 6

Good points:

• CHEAP @ $190 per week
• Awesome landlords
• 10 mins walk to the pub
• 5 mins walk to TSS, Bus stop and train station
• Excellent location

Dear god, thank god I am not selling it!
