Absolutely - really interesting watching that tsunami flow mostly around centres of habitation. Very clever flood protection works built into infrastructure.

Atleast other buildings across Japan are structurally well built.

According to my knowledge, ever since after the Great Hanshin Earthquake (in 1995) they've been building earthquake-proof multi storey buildings.

My thoughts and prayer goes out to all affected. There is nothing I can do but pray and hope aye?

I'll make up my mind on that in 2013.

Though my believing in it or not does'nt alter the accuraccy of the prediction (Prophecy?)

Well, I gotta say it's becoming more likely.

They won't be short of raw fish for sushi for a while!
Seriously, while there was shit luck in Christchurch, and it will go on for a long while at least we didn't get a wall of water too, we've gotta be thankful for that.

They are the most skilled designers of earthquake resistant infrastructure in the world, an absolute credit to the Japanese that their buildings withstand the seismic forces that they do.

Those Tsunami's rolling in are a bit scary. I really feel for those people and hopefully all of their planning limits their losses.

Man the earth is doing some crazy stuff at present.
