    2nd Order for Bel Leathers

Due to several requests I am going to place another order for some Bel leathers.

Those who are interested can PM.

Unfortunately Bel have put up their prices due to the weaker Euro and supposed higher costs. Personally I suspect it is to do with the overseas investers they have...anyway

NZD is at about 0.58 at the moment so it only makes a small difference...whereas previously 2-piece suits were $450 landed gst paid, etc they are now approx $489 depending on style, of course that is just a hassle so the price is going to be $495 total price to NZ. There will be internal shipping of approx $12-$15 if you want them posted out via parcel post.

The slight increase also includes a few expenses I didn't know about last time, such as handling fees, lodging application fees, MAF fees, etc.

    So prices are as follows:
    2-piece $495
    1-piece $420
    Jackets $285
    Gloves $125

We need at least 25 people to place orders to make these prices as the shipping costs per item change depending on volume.

Below is the catalogue, but we cannot get any boots as they have done a deal with Thomas Cook Clothing in Australia.

Sizing chart indications are listed below, but if in doubt PM one of the members who previously ordered and ask them what size they are and what they would recommend.
I am 6ft and 65kg, I ordered a Medium just to be safe but find it is too big for me around the waist so am getting a Small this time

Leathers come with CE armour in shoulders, elbows, knees, and knee sliders. They have a mesh lining inside also. They are available in XS - XXL from memory (details in catalogue below) and available in the colours listed. Please do not ask for custom sizings with funny measurements or hideous colours like pink...they are probably possible but make the order very expensive and time consuming.

    Sizes:
    http://www.factoryteam2racing.com/size.asp
    OR
    http://www.beconi.com/sizes

Beconi leathers are also available, as are their back protectors.
    Prices
    Back protectors $95
    1-Piece $675
    2-Piece $725

I may be out of contact on Mon and Tues but will see what connection I can get.

Feel free to PM me or ask Q

An initial deposit must be made prior to order, I require $200 upfront to secure your order. Last time it was less upfront as I put my savings into the order to pay for the rest of it, those savings have since been "allocated" elsewhere so I need the higher amount upfront to ensure I can afford to pay the balance initially (hope that makes sense?).

Argh, if only I had the money. I'm not sure if I should still be using my armortech leathers if they rip apart so easily

I still plan to re-order, will email you directly Leighton. Pretty busy at the moment so might take a couple of days for me to sit down and find my last order, unless you can just find my last order and make it XL! Just thinking about gloves at the moment. Can you remind me again who bought them last time? I might just have another close look at them.

Ok, we need more people to order leathers, there was quite a bit of interest from people who missed out for the first order...time to put your money where your mouth is

I have currently about 4-5 people who are keen, we need more otherwise it becomes ridiculously expensive! (shipping, custom orders, blah blah).

    Keep the orders coming...

Hmmm I'll have to think about it, I've got another set of leathers that I got from the last order I need to get rid of as didn't fit my mate first.

BTW the link to the sizes on beconi is wrong, you missed off the htm
    http://www.beconi.com/sizes.htm

Also the prices you have quoted are including the armour aye.

And it would be cool if some people posted their measurements and what they ordered and how well they fitted etc so we could try and get the right size. Cause some people think the sizes are too small and others too big or something from what I've heard.
Life is difficult because it is non-linear.

    Cheers for that

The prices are total incl CE armour and knee sliders where appropriate (ie obviously not on jackets )

    Good idea...i'll go first.

    I'm 6ft, 65kg, waist 32" with 96cm chest, normally fit a 39 size dress shirt. I fit a Small well...tight but good

    HI Wildcat,

I'm quite keen on jacket and pants. what sort of payments can you accept? credit?

Can you tell me if the pants (B-1168) are available and if so the cost ?

The jacket B-1153(B) - all black - is $285 right?

    Cheers
    Boomer
