One of those in an FTR/Moriwaki/Suter frame would be almost unfair in the F3 field.
    EDIT Misread that haha

yea probably. a full Supersport spec would be much better though.

geotec engines lasted what 4 or 6 races i think at around 120-125hp.
SS figures are harder to come by but most reckon its in the 140-150hp region. ouchy

given there were around 40 full time entries all year thats just over 10 engines an entry, not too bad.

Short refresh menu at 1500km (piston, connecting rod, valves etc).
Full rebuild menu "Much longer menu, more components including gearbox" at 3000km.

Still though, 450 engines. It's a lot of race engines. But 0 failures in 2010 is a good record.

By the way, if it interests anyone else besides us 125GP trainspotters, I watched the Mahindra Racing videos and did some searching on their sponsors listed on the boards. It seems that the Mahindra project is the former Loncin project which was just a rebranding of another project (Lambretta?? not sure) and prior to that it was the Malaguti. It is really a sponsorship vehicle for the Engines Engineering guys to go racing with their disc valve Honda engine in a tweeked Honda frame (with special swingarm). I did see some of these swingarms on RS125s when I was in Italy. Look a bit like Aprilia swingarms.

It never will, as it's the Grand Prix.
