Well to us it is relevant ! Get over your self !

    Kim
The bike is not important, though if you looked at the original inquiry via trade me you would know what it was.....
All that was requested was a close up photo of some of your carbon work, so we can see the quality of your work, and also the weave.
Can you not supply this? It is a simple request.

This is the best thread I've seen for quite some time - Have some bling to 'Kim' to compensate the inevitable loss of custom

Contacted after being away for 1 week, and said sorry for the delay. Got contact after 1 week since i sent the email and address with suitable time, got back with a bad timing (9am in the morning which everyone at work) to pick up and rude reply, then stopped the trading without any notice and put bad feedback on trademe for me.....He was rude and will never trade with this person. Beware

no apology, no time mentioned, and no phone number to ring to organize things. You take over a week to answer any email sent and did not reply to my last email Why should I wait over two weeks? you are full of it and I refuse to spend my money on your auction. You waste people's time with poor excuses.

The sail arrived as per described, and care was taken to pack it well. When it came to organising couriers, this individual wanted $60.00 for courier and packaging despite Fastways courier specifiying $10.00 for courier delivery. When we could not agree on his terms, this individual was unwilling to give us his address to allow us to collect. He was unpleasant and would recommend not trading with this person ever. Suggest you look at previous feedback.

What do you expect, it's in Scowlronga. It's a little wanna be Auckland of a town that calls itself a City, with useless and rude customer service - does'nt really matter too much where you go. In fact it's very "Ponsnobby'ish".....

Samesame everytime I go back, yes i'm from there. I cannot believe how pissed off everyone always looks down there, walking around scowling. You feel like they're really doing you a favour whenever you buy anything from stores there, rather than providing a service, the totally unprofessional response from Kim does'nt surprise me in th slightest.
Oi...don't tar us all with the same brush man
About as ignorant as saying that all Aucklanders are butt fucking, latte sipping pole smokers.

Granted I too can't understand why 'Kim" would want to manage this situation in the manner that 'she' has, but it doesn't mean every business owner is the same down these ways.

    You're an idiot.

Bad mouthing potential customers, representing your employer whilst being sarcastic and insulting can be (and has been) deemed serious misconduct y'know.

If your boss has any brains your ass is gonna be out of a job very quickly so they can get on here and attempt some damage control.
Stop showing up to the beating.
