Kim, Kim, Kim, Kim, Kim, Kim, ya totally screwed the pooch on this one. Your reply to the customer you didn't want to deal with was out of line. It is entirely your right to tell Patch you don't want to deal with him, but to be offensive in saying it will only hurt your business.

Just look at this thread, the only support you can gather is either two mates you've called up to join KB, or two extra logins that you created.

What...be obnoxious and rude to potential customers and everybody on this site. No wonder we're all buying from abroad. No wonder guys like White Trash, Crasherfromwayback and Quasi get so much of YOUR business. Being a "real biker" (whatever the fuck that is) does not have to go hand in hand with being an idiot.

As I've said before, there's no excuse for that sort of email and attitude towards a customer. Some of my (ex) customers are arseholes but I simply POLITELY reply that I can't help them or ignore them and move on. If you're too stupid to realise this then you shouldn't be in business.

At least you're not stupid enough to state what bike shop you own.

Contacted after being away for 1 week, and said sorry for the delay. Got contact after 1 week since i sent the email and address with suitable time, got back with a bad timing (9am in the morning which everyone at work) to pick up and rude reply, then stopped the trading without any notice and put bad feedback on trademe for me.....He was rude and will never trade with this person. Beware

no apology, no time mentioned, and no phone number to ring to organize things. You take over a week to answer any email sent and did not reply to my last email Why should I wait over two weeks? you are full of it and I refuse to spend my money on your auction. You waste people's time with poor excuses.

The sail arrived as per described, and care was taken to pack it well. When it came to organising couriers, this individual wanted $60.00 for courier and packaging despite Fastways courier specifiying $10.00 for courier delivery. When we could not agree on his terms, this individual was unwilling to give us his address to allow us to collect. He was unpleasant and would recommend not trading with this person ever. Suggest you look at previous feedback.
