Not sure if it's the camera angle missing the "action", but watching the 3rd video looks like he's just nipping across the road, I'd do the same thing heading to the dairy etc. His arms were by his side every frame I managed to pause on, and he didn't look menacing.

But things always look different on Camera (Like Rodney Kings wee chat with the law).

It's actually really good footage considering it's a 10th of the price of Go Pro etc. Certainly the quality isn;t there (although that might be Youtube a bit) but you can make everything out fine. What's the sound like (at work so mute is on).

In this case it is Car, Bike. And guess what? The bike gets to lose EVERY time.

Scarely a chop up in my book, just normal road behaviour. Since we all ride in the real world and not of on the candy floss roads of utopia I suggest an attitude adjustment. If you expect this stuff to happen it is no surprise and you don't get hurt.

It's Auckland, that looks like normal driving.

yea i agree, the camera doesn't really show anything. His facials gave the "i'm gonna kill you cuz im on P" impression and in my mental image when i watch the video thats what i see. Ive only been recording for around 2 weeks so i don't really have anything noteworthy to show yet

Be careful doing that as on the left hand side of a car you may be completely in their blind spot. Mirrors are just a decoration on NZ'ers cars...
On the right hand side, being in their wing mirror and also in rear-view mirror isn't a bad idea and also gives you an "out" if you have to dodge to the right.

I had to watch that 3 times just to be sure. You seem to be doing a great job of hazard identification, and maybe just overdoing the threat assessment bit. Seeing the door open like that though, I may have run a little wider around that car.

I like these vids keep em coming.

you can probably see everything from the pictures but just in case - velcro super glued to foamy stuff above tacho, velcro on camera, small cuts of 3m strips to get the height adjustment right, rubber band to hold the back down.

Video and sound quality was quite a lot better before i cropped and uploaded to youtube - in saying that, a friend purchased 1 of these and the quality was . Guess its luck of the draw
