NZSBK Prize-giving aftermatch...the trail of destruction

I won't post a full report - but saying a few people made it to my place late sunday night is an understatement.

It was great that a great bunch of guys (and the 3 lovely ladies) could come to my new place and actually unwind after what I can only say was an intense season.

Some unwound harder than others.... some wound up when drinks were spilled on people, others comered out in the corner.

I attemped to tidy a bit last night before stumbling to bed - this morning my place contained:
    • Midge smarts 1st place trophy
    • Cameron jones' wallet
    • Sam, (3rd place getter in 125s) passed out face down on a mattress
    • Al, stroudies mechanic as 3 flights of stairs was impassible in his condition
    • around 10 bottles of champers
    • dan the man and marcus the 7th place overall carcus
    • general mess from drunken debauchery

I will return home in about a hour so it will be interesting to see what still remains....

If anyone has contacts for midge and cameron PM me - ill send their stuff back.

Maybe we should make it the official aftermatch with some organised entertainment??

next year ill warn Lauren, so I don't have to sleep in the garage for a week

chappy your the man. Hope the house wasn't too much of a mess.

sure was a early (and rough) rise this morning to make that ferry.

Was Darren Hughes there as well? he is a local lad after all, and some of that sounds right up his alley!

It's a shame I had to head back to AKL!
