i'll be keen for a weekend ride. Im not a total newbie but the biggest group ride ive been in involved only 4 bikes. I think id learn a lot from it , ive got work from 4pm onwards on sat but can make anytime around that (or ditch the group if i have to go back a bit earlier)

So either weekend day would suit?
    4pm wont be a problem.
Looking at a 10-30 start and to be sitting down for a burger by 1pm-ish.
If it all goes well there will be other rides where we will look to take it further.

    Yep, cute little learner bike.

Must change my avatar pic. I own the KLX, but I'm learning on the Scorpio.

If I can't make this one, there's gonna be another right?

If it's the Sunday, I'd be keen, got a new tyre to scrub in after all. Saturdays no good for me, got a wrestling tourney in the 'Tron all day. If this were to become regular I'd be regularly keen!

Seriously though, on some group/ish rides, leaners are 'encouraged' to ride outside thier comfort zone.
I may just have to nominate a day and run with it.
If you are avaliable on the day?
That'll be four of us plus who ever turns up.
Might just be the first of a number of learner rides.
Yeah, ended up not doing more because of all the organisation, etc. 40+ bikes, people expected a normal ride, and I had to keep telling them to bugger off ahead, or stay behind. Then they'd carve through the middle, confuse the hell out of learners etc. Ended up busy on other things, but the learners got a lot out of it, which was the important thing.

Always happy to help, hopefully I'm free on the day. I'd suggest to nominate a day, give a bit of warning, so people that can plan for it do, etc. Continually asking for a day never works Only thing is the weather is going to slowly turn against you...

Yeah - what he said pick a day and say this is what we are doing, who wants to tag along? Depending on the outcome, I may do some of the ride and leave at some point to do the other commitments I have.
