May want to go with zinc plated rather than stainless to be on the safe side if they are near aluminium (galvanic corrosion). Gotta love them upgrades though, what weight loss / hp upgrades are you up to now?

I'm presuming you sorted the rear end out years back?
Well if you mean binned the Rotary yea awhile back.Replaced it with a Hagon unit, its no Ohlins but does in the meantime, for better or worse it will eventually end up with a SSSA off a Triumph Sprint or similar, depends what the mad though very clever buggers on the TL site come up with between now and whenever.I just dont want to be the guinea pig.

Ive no idea to be honest mate, motor wise bugger all more than what i started out with (enough for this old fart) all ive done is mucked about with a Yosh ecu tuner, filter,Tre.Weight wise also no idea, best thing ive done there was the rims, bikes feels way different though the actual difference was only 6 or so kgs between them an oem, possibly not even that much but the "rotating mass" thing has something to do with it,feels much more anyway.Along the way much has been taken off completly or replaced but ive actually no idea of what ive carved off it,dont care much to be honest i just enjoy the mucking about.

Will add that i fully realize any sensible person would have just gone and bought a new bike but after 38 years of bikes i enjoy doing this sort of thing more. Not for everyone but when i factor in $ spent and enjoyment received doing it its way more than i ever got simply writing a cheque out for a new bike.(not that i did that to often)

    Wheres the fun in that?...

I've got a mate thats lost 3x the amount (or more)i've spent on mine by trading his Bikes in for later models???????????

In my eyes why have one 30k bike when i could have 3-4 7ishk bikes..(or loose 30k on trades)or two modded ones ,such as your TLS..

pretty much sums it up aye! and at the end of the day you got something tailor made for you, not what mr suzuki/honda/etc thinks is good enough.

We had a look at putting an RC31 SSSA onto a cbr600f3, one of the big issues was the shock is offset a bit to one side, so the link design was going to get a bit more complicated, wouldn't be surprised if an offset shock was standard for SSSAs. Other than that it would have been pretty easy to cut out a new linkage and good to go!

Sounds interesting,i came across an SV650 with a SSSA set up and posted pics on here ages ago but for the life of me i cant remember what the Swinger was off,it was well done whatever it was.A bloke on the TL site had a tasty S with Sprint sssa and Ducati shock, very nice and went well..briefly.Will hunt out some pics sometime, when out riding with a few other poms on TLs an old lady decided to drive into them all resulting in the thing sitting upside down, perfectly, though the frame was f#cked.

yeh I know what you mean, finish off one mod ride it for a bit, then think of something else cool to do and have it in bits again. Reckon the point at which you start thinking of redoing some old mods, is time to get another one and start over.

yeh that looks bloody mint, guess that's the downside of custom, if it's fucked, it can't be replaced.

Around $350 incl. Also if they are 600 forks the spring rate is .9 and likely too light for that bike. Youll need the 750 springs which are 1.0s. Or a split, .9 in the left leg and 1.0 in the right. Once subtly revalved these forks work very well for production 20mm units.
